The ambassador of Azerbaijan, Rahman Mustafayev, visited the volleyball team of Ethnikos Alexandroupolis as well as members of the administrative council. He was accompanied by the prefect of Evros Dimitris Petrovich, in a series of protocol visits and contacts that were made in order for him to become acquainted with Evros and the surrounding area.
This visit came as a result of a briefing made by Mr Petrovits, concerning the great success of Ethnikos Volleyball Team at both national and European level.
The Ambassador attended the training of Ethnikos, on Saturday afternoon and was informed of the Club’s functionality and of the team’s participation in the European Cup. The President of T.A.A Ethnikos, Mr. John Tzimas, offered Rahman Mustafayev a volleyball featuring the official team logo and signed by all players.
